Mrs. Francis (Ella Nora) Reeves Dies – Funeral Services will be Sunday Afternoon – Mrs. Ella Nora Reeves, 77, a lifetime resident of Livingston County died at 2:30 yesterday afternoon at the Chillicothe Hospital, where she had been a patient nine days. Mrs. Reeves had been in failing health three months and seriously ill the last 13 days. Memorial Services will be held at 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon at the chapel of the Norman Funeral home with the Rev. Harry Clifton officiating. Internment will be in the Utica Cemetery. The daughter of Martin Van Buren Swihart and Sarah Jane (Davis) Swihart, she was born Jan 30 1892 in Livingston County. In April of 1913 she was married to Francis M. Reeves, in Chillicothe. Survivors include her husband of the home, RFD 2, three miles south of Chillicothe; two daughters, Mrs. Nellie Wiese of Andrew Ia, and Mrs. Ruby Wiklund of Chillicothe; two sons, Calvin Reeves and Raleigh Reeves of this city; a sister, Mrs. Susie Tarboss, Cassopolis Mich; six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by seven brothers and a sister. Chillicothe Constitution Tribune
