Rose Ash

Rose Ash, 90, Brookfield, died Monday at Maranatha Manor.

The daughter of Paul and Agnes (Cardin) Farland, she was born Oct. 6, 1899, in Canada. She and Louis J. Ash were married Oct 21, 1921; he died in May 1958.

Surviving are seven grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 12 great, great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Doris Korybyski and Donald Ash; one sister and one brother.

Mrs. Ash was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, Brookfield.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the church with Fr. Tom Duggan officiating. Burial will be in the Meadville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9, and the rosary will be said at 8 tonight at Hill Funeral Home.
