Elizabeth Fleming
Mrs.
Sarah Elizabeth Fleming 86, of 14th and L Streets, died at 1:35 this
morning at the Holy Family Hospital. Born on Sept. 10 1858, at Knox, the
daughter of John and Lucinda Lock, she was married in 1880 to Marion Francis
Fleming, who preceded her in death two years ago. She was a member of the Methodist Church of
Knox.
Surviving
are one son, Charles O. Fleming, La Porte; one grandson, Francis H. Fleming,
also of La Porte, one granddaughter Mrs. Ora A. Linsey of Paris Island, N. C.;
three great grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Cora Mularkey of Knox and a
stepmother, Mrs. Lydia Lock. One sister preceded her in death.
Funeral
services will be held at 10:30 a. m. Thursday at the Haverstock Chapel with the
Rev. Clyde H Lininger officiating.
Burial will be in the Patton Cemetery, in charge of O. M. Haverstock.
