Mrs. August (Nellie) Wiese

Funeral services for Mrs. August (Nellie) Wiese, who died Monday, November 3, at the Jackson County Public Hospital in Maquoketa, Ia., will be held Saturday at Carson Funeral Home in Ma1quoketa.

She was born in Chillicothe in June 1912, living here with her parents and attending the state school for the deaf at Fulton.

She was married to August Wiese of Maquoketa, March 7, 1935.

She is survived by her husband, of the home, a son, John Wiese, a daughter, Mrs. Robert, (Elgene)Wiese (note: West), three grandchildren, all of Fort Dodge, Ia., two brothers, Raleigh and Calvin Reeves and a sister, Mrs. Ruby Wiklund, all of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. M. (Pete) Reeves, and a brother Vernie.
