Funeral Services Will Be Sunday Afternoon

 

Funeral services for William E. Hall, 57, will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the chapel of the Lindley Funeral Home with the Rev. John Gooding officiating. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

 

Mr. Hall, a veteran of World War 1, died Wednesday morning at the Veterans hospital in Wadsworth Kan.

 

He was born Dec 14, 1898 in Jonesboro, Ark, where he was reared.  He worked with a paper box mill in Chicago a few years and had made his home in Chillicothe for the last 15 years. On June 10, 1956 he married Helen Wright.

 

Mr. Hall enlisted July 2, 1917 at Jefferson Barracks and received his discharge Jan. 2, 1919, at Ethan Allen, VT.

 

Survivors in addition to his wife of the home, at 208 Elm St. are a son, William S. Hall, Chillicothe. Four stepchildren, Ronald Perry, Mrs. Caroline Case, Miss Pamela Perry and James Perry Chillicothe and a sister Mrs. Ruby Ver Stegg, Santa Barbara California.

 

Mr. Hall was preceded in death by a daughter, his parents, five brothers and six sisters.
